That's the mini album I did for Beth.

She is not only my friend, she is my family & she is sewing beautiful things.

Sometimes you need to see what you do, to realize how great it is.
I thought an album to collect what she is doing will be a good idea.



christmas wishes for our neighboors

This christmas we will be celebrating alone, because it's imposible to drive & my father in law and his wife can not take the risk of driving the long way.

Our lovely friend Manu has birthday 1 day before christmas. I don't really know if it's a bless or not, but I know we are blessed to have her as our friend.

Since she is one of my loyal blog viewer & it's always leaving beautiful comments, I knew she will be happy to have a "selfmade" present from me.

This layout will be hang as a picture.

The photos were made by my son while we had a delicious afternoon at her garden.

Because Christmas for me is summertime, 36°C, cold tasty food, & I've been described as the funny colorful scrapper our christmas decoration speaks for my image & is a summer brise.

This tiny houses for our tree, are made with My mind's eye colorful christmas (wich fits we me really good). The background paper is Mme as well (fine & dandy).

Sorry for the pictures, I can not get the bright color out of it!

Here in Cologne we have tons of snow & I love it!

It looks gorceous!!! Like powder sugar all over the world.

Tonight we are trying to get to the christmas market to see it in this special snowy mood.



bird houses

Last week I saw this little cutie houses by:

Gudruns papirblog  & I had to try it!!!

The first one I did... without reading the directions :-) That's the reason why the roof is not able to open :-) But in my second prototype it works.

I filled it with two little candles & a matchbox wrapped with the same pattern paper
